Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation or change requests are sent via WhatsApp or email, including the booking name and stay dates.

Cancellation 7 days or more before check-in: full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking value.

Cancellation less than 72 hours before check-in, or no-show: non-refundable.

Early departure after the stay begins does not entitle a refund for unused nights.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Network International and usually take 7 to 14 business days depending on the card-issuing bank.

In circumstances beyond anyone's control (such as official closures or exceptional weather), we handle each case flexibly, either by moving the dates or refunding, depending on the situation.
